Blue Note Winds is proud to offer this gorgeous 1956 Selmer mark alto saxophone! This is a stunning museum piece in virtually mint condition. The finish is what makes this horn so unique and rare! It’s all original and the body is satin silver plate while the engraved areas are bright silver. The keys are bright silver and the bell is gold plated. I’ve only seen a few of these in the last 20 years and this one is near mint! These horns were made for European distribution. There is no past dent work or damage, the neck is original and perfect, and no past resolders. The horns is playing on good pads and has been fully set up, in top playing condition. Whether you were collector or a player this is just an incredible horn!
